Rochat Art Consultancy is a London-based art advisory firm, founded by Sibylle Rochat in 2016.

Rochat Art Consultancy has a complete overview of the art world. We work with private individuals and corporate clients internationally to build and manage art collections.

We have an in-depth knowledge of art and its market, we provide our clients with an open and safe access to the art world. We work closely with a global network of international galleries, dealers and auction houses with whom we have established trusted long-term relationships.

Our expertise enables our clients to make art investments that are financially, intellectually and aesthetically valuable.

We aim to make the complex process of purchasing art and maintaining a collection efficient and effortless.

To Foster a deeper level of engagement and access within the art world, Rochat Art Consultancy proposes meaningful opportunities to balance art collecting with art philanthropy through our relationships with public institutions and our initiative concrete projects.

Rochat Art Consultancy is a member of the Gallery Climate Coalition - actively trying to limit our environmental impact and carbon footprint.

BIO

Sibylle Rochat began her career 20 years ago in the contemporary art department at Christie’s New York. After this she worked for a prominent art dealer in Switzerland.

In 2008, Sibylle opened her own gallery, SAKS, in Geneva, Switzerland, focusing on emerging artists. There she started advising her clients, many of whom she still works with today.

In 2012, she moved to London to be at the epicentre of the contemporary art market and develop her advisory.

From 2013, Sibylle participated in the development of one of the first online art auction platforms, Paddle8, where she was an investor and senior director.

These years of experience gave Sibylle a 360° overview of the art world and the complexities of its market, culminating in her decision to start her own advisory, Rochat Art Consultancy, in 2016.

Parallel to Rochat Art Consultancy, Sibylle co-founded Concrete Projects in 2015. A non-profit initiative that provides financial and technical support to artists and institutions, enabling the production of ambitious exhibitions.

Sibylle is an artist mentor at Alexander McQueen’s Sarabande Foundation and sits on the Chisenhale Council, an institution known for nurturing young talent and new ideas.
